Ampersand is eager to review all investment opportunities in the Healthcare and Industrial sectors. Proposals for financing may be submitted to Ampersand directly or through intermediaries.
Prospective portfolio companies may present a proposal as a formal business plan or as an extensive executive summary that describes your company's mission and strategy. It should include discussion of your company's technology, products, target markets, management team, and financial forecast.
After receiving a plan, Ampersand will analyze it and respond with an initial expression of interest. As a rule, we respond to all proposals within three weeks of receipt. Should both parties wish to proceed, we'll arrange to meet with your company's management team, preferably at your facilities.
